Master of Leadership Development & Management (Bangladesh & Bangabandhu)

This program teaches at the Bangabandhu Institute internationally emphasizes the interdisciplinary study on the concurrent Bangladesh society and culture, Bangladeshi Father of Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and Leadership development studies. It serves students who want to investigate the reasons and Bangladeshi experience behind the birth of Bangladesh and apply their studies in a variety of professions, including education, government, communications and leadership. The program’s distinguishing characteristic is that the majority of its course offerings are taught by faculty who have depth knowledge about the Liberation War of Bangladesh and specially trained in the discipline of Leadership. Besides, the institute invites a number of guest faculties who had joined in the Liberation War as freedom fighter. The program offers a number of concentrations including graduate leadership studies, human communication, organizational leadership, ethical leadership, world leaders history, rise of Bangladesh, language movement, liberation war, Bangabandhu and his leadership, human resource management and research methodology.
