Association of the International Maximum Attestative Committees and the Commissions

Association of the International Maximum Attestative Committees and the Commissions (AIHACC) Functions with the purpose of preparation and certification of highly skilled experts in various areas of human activity, award of scientific degrees and ranks on the concrete specialities comparable to what are awarded by leading universities of the world: grandee-doctors of philosophy (Grand doctor of Philosophy - doctors of concrete sciences on the Russian system), doctors of philosophy (Doctor of Philosophy - candidates of concrete sciences on the Russian system), masters (Master of Science) and bachelors (Bachelors of Science) practically under the full list of the conventional specialities in the world.

In their preparation through specialized doctoral studies and postgraduate studies are involved more than 10 thousand the academicians working in various branches of the European Academy of Information (EAI) and the International Center of Information (CII), located practically on all continents of Globe.

The association fixes exclusiveness of achievements in the field of the intellectual development, the reached practical results in technical, educational, political and other kinds of researches, on the basis of carrying out of scientifically-public certification: the degree « Grand doctor » is awarded according to rules of the European Academy; « P rima-doctor » - according to rules of the Anglo-American education system traditionally recognized by the international community.
